We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.
Parts of the Website require you to input a password to access certain features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst still keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register an account with Kessi Fashion by entering your phone number and choosing a secure password. We highly recommend that you choose a strong password that is hard for others to guess, and you log out from your account at the end of every session. There is a password reset procedure in case you forget your password. You must treat your account log-in information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party. If you think there may have been any breach of security then it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and if log-in is possible, to change your password.

Kessi Fashion takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Sometimes original products may differ with images shown in websites or other visual media.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 5 – PRICES
The prices indicated on the website of Kessi Fashion are shown in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) and do not include delivery costs. The delivery costs are clearly shown in the checkout page and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment. You might save a wishlist for future, however the price may change without any prior notice. Prices are not fixed always as it depends on demand, supply, currency exchange rates or taxes imposed on particular products or raw materials.
SECTION 6 – DELIVERY
There are many reasons behind a delivery delay. Kessi Fashion does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website.
SECTION 7 – RETURN POLICY
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to Kessi Fashion and we’ll arrange for a replacement. But some conditions apply. Those are:
- You must check the parcel in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka).
- If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture and do not receive the parcel. (Inside Dhaka)
- If a product is damaged you must inform us immediately after receiving and return within 3 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka)
- Product must be intact, however there can be exceptions (if the product is damaged).
- Seal opened, used or swatched products will not be considered for exchange or refund.
- If you have chosen or placed an order by yourself, and want to return or change the product, Kessi Fashion will not accept the request.
- In case of return for exceptional circumstances, you must pay the transportation cost.
- You must return Original Invoice and barcode sticker along with the product. Damaging the barcode or invoice is prohibited strictly if you want to return it for any of the above circumstances.
Investigation:
Once we receive the returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Quality Control Department. It will take 1-3 business days to investigate the issue. After investigation if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded as soon as possible.
Note: We do not deliver partial products from a parcel. So return the full parcel if you have to. Do not take or return partial products in case of multiple orders in a single invoice.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
